I can not imagine if gambling is not introduced, maybe there is no fun and togetherness because I think gambling is a social activity that must involve money in the game. where the winner can earn money or reward valuable.

I think that there are so many other ways and means of getting fund and to come together. In fact gambling create a lot of economic problems for the people and specially for those people who do not have any limit for playing gambling and they play gambling for everything they have.

I guess there will still be a way of gambling even if it is not introduced in the past. Since there are sports, a way of having a competition with other people, there will always be people betting on each teams with their money supporting that certain team but of course, that will not be called as a gambling act since no one knows what it is.

You guys are talking about gambling as if it has become an alternative way for people to make money aside from working hard. The thing is, gambling companies have made us believe that it's totally possible for you to win big in gambling but only the opposite is true. Yes, sure, there are people who have made a fortune from gambling. There are people who have become instant millionaires after betting in the lottery for decades, but what about the rest of the population? It's totally possible that you win, yes, but the chances are so little that it's not worth your money anymore. What makes you think that you belong to that small percentage of the population that makes a fortune in gambling? Like me, you probably are one of those who are never ever going to make a fortune out of gambling.

Even without gambling, people can still be frustrated because of money. Gambling isn't the only vice that makes you lose money. You can also lose tons of money from being an alcoholic or a drug addict. An alcoholic's physical health is at risk and a drug addict's mental health is at risk. Both doesn't really cost as much as gambling but in the long run, it can be a really expensive vice. Once an alcoholic is admitted to the hospital due to obesity, excessive drinking, or alcohol poisoning, and a druggie for overdosing, the bills are so much. It'll come to you out of nowhere and you probably won't have the money to pay for the hospital bills since they are all gone in feeding your vices in the first place. There will always come a time that you're going to be sentenced for your vices and it most of the time is a life and death situation (plus the bills).

The thing with people is that we're lazy and we will always be lazy unless we decide to not be so by disciplining ourselves and doing so every single day for the rest of our lives. Just look at the examples that you have mentioned free faucets, free giveaways. Both are free and doesn't demand you to do anything but claim the money.

Faucets, since the beginning of time, aren't worth anything. You only solve a captcha and you can claim your money once you have reached a certain amount of satoshis depending on which site are you using. For free giveaways, free giveaways were made so that people will register to a company's website. Basically it's their way to make people sign-up in their website and be able to claim that x amount of people have signed up already in their new and freshly published website. It's a way for people think that a lot of people were waiting for the website and were so excited to try it out that they had to sign up right when it was published. Two of your examples are both not lucrative at all and requires minimum effort.

How is gambling any different to such lazy behavior? People don't wanna do work, hence they do gambling. People don't wanna do work, hence they do faucet sites and claim free giveaways even if the money they are getting from it amounts to dust.

yes, people will always search a way to increase their money, and maybe they will find another thing that will lead them to gamble although the named will change, the purpose will be the same as gambling. human will always become greed of having much money, and they will use many ways to get more money and maybe they will do without playing gambling only because gambling is not introduced.

Why can't you? I mean that I think will be best since the competitions, the games the sports are not treated as a source of money by a lot of gamblers but a game or competition to see who is the best of the world.

Not only that but there will be no addictions prior to gambling. There will be no gambling addicts hoping that they could take or win easily just by risking their money and just depends or rely on luck.
