Hmm,you can buy btc on coinbase, localbitcoins is also a good option but you have to find the perfect rate for you and there are no fees. Also you can look at the currency exchange section here, there are members willing to sell at great rates.Hope this helped

Please recommend where i can trade BTC safe & without fees ?

One option worth looking at would be Bitcoin ATMs, look to see if there are any near you:

http://coinatmradar.com/

http://www.coindesk.com/bitcoin-atm-map/

I have used two BTC ATMs, they typically charge 5% - 9% over "spot".

Since most of the exchanges charge fees for trading I guess you will need someone to directly trade with you. You can take a look at the Services section.

you can deposit in neteller and then you can withdraw it in you bank account. other exchanges are offering more than 5 to 10 percents as commission, in one exchange i have seen that in the peer it is showing 21890 btc rate but he is offering only 19k for one btc.

The best and safest is to trade IRL, with a friend. If you don't have friends, you can go to the bank. I don't have friends, so I usually use cryptsy.

Chinese exchanges are the only ones I know that do not charge fees. IMO, if an exchange operates without fees, it isn't safe to trade there. The exchange makes no profit from trades is not sustainable. Don't ask me how the Chinese exchanges do it. But I would rather make less from trading and use a sustainable exchange. They are less likely to run away with trader's money.

Chinese exchanges charge withdrawal fees don't they?

If the OP means actual market trading then swallow the fees and go for somewhere reputable. There are way, way too many crappy exchanges out there that no one's heard of.

If you want to trade BTC against alts then Poloniex and Bittrex are probably the best.

If you want to trade with USD then Bitstamp, Coinbase, Gemini and Bitfinex are good choices but it also depends on whether you want leverage. Some don't offer that.

Before you consider any exchange search for it on here and look for reviews, views and news. There are a lot of people who send coins or USD to exchanges when they know nothing about them. If they're any good they'll have their own threads on here and you'll be able to draw some conclusions.

The OP seems to be a newbie to Bitcoin. There are not many Bitcoin exchanges that do not charge a fee. If I were you, I would have a look at localbitcoins.com There are more honest users on that website than there are here. Go there and you should find a local exchange there that does not charge a lot in fees and gives you a good rate.

Signatures? How about learning a skill... I don't care either way. Everybody has to make a living somehow.

Cryptsy will be prosecuted for not having all the necessary money transmitter licenses needed to operate in America. There's a risk it might be shut down with your Bitcoins trapped on the site. The American government might want to take control of the site so it can analyze all its transactions to prove its been breaking the law.

OP this really depends on where you live. If you can share with us where are you based, which country for example we would be able to give you much more precise information. Since not all exchanges operate in all of the countries and verification procedures differ from exchange to exchange and from country to country.

There are also no fee free exchanges in the western world, except in China as other have stated, but I doubt you are from China.

localbitcoins is less safe and often more expensive than an exchange.

exchanges only charge 0.2% fee or something.

If you want the most convenient is coinbase. And this is told even by the others in this thread. But the use of coinbase it is not active in every country. So if your country it is not in the list where coinbase offer this service you naturally cannot use it. Then I can tell you another one in which can have your bitcoin and make trading us dollar - bitcoin (even with profit if you could have chance and can wait). the site it is named virwox. In this exchange you can buy or sell bitcoins from credit card, Paypal etc but changing before your primary money with linden dollars (virtual money). So if you want bitcoin and have us dollar, make a deposit of us dollar, must buy linden dollars and after, with those linden dollars you can buy bitcoin. If you buy linden dollars and don't do the second step and wait, the change can become profitable if the price of bitcoin with us dollar go down. But must happen even the opposite and you can lose. You tell that you want to trade. So this kind of exchange could fit to you because of this kind of virtual money between the final change. Anyhow they have fees (have no idea how much are momentarily because I have time that don't use it). If you find interesting do a registration (it's free naturally) and study everything. If you like it or find interesting trading there, I 'm happy to have helped you.

not really, you should be careful with RL trading, you see what happened to burtw, here, he got arrested because they lured him into a trap

personally i would trade only with a bot, in a good low fee exchange

Are you trolling or what? Cryptsy is falling apart. They are not honoring withdrawals and are under federal investigation. They may cease to exist any day now. Stay away from Cryptsy!

Please recommend where i can trade BTC safe & without fees ?

first lesson "fee's" is meaningless.

your best bet is to look at https://bitcoinaverage.com/markets#USD
you will notice a price majority difference between $315-$330 (yes there are some at 305-400)

so once you know the range.. you will then see that some merchants tell you its fee free.. but the sale price is higher. then those with fee's may be lower.
so best to get a calculator out and work out the total cost depending on that service, because fee free may not mean cheapest purchase

I DO NOT TRADE OR ACT AS ESCROW ON THIS FORUM EVER.
Please do your own research & respect what is written here as both opinion & information gleaned from experience. many people replying with insults but no on-topic content substance, automatically are 'facepalmed' and yawned at

Google for Bitcoin trading meetups. They are events held all over the world where you can buy and sell Bitcoins face to face with other traders. There is an old Coindesk story that explains about them, but they are still running. You might have to pay in cash and wait for enough confirmations before you hand it over but there are no fees.

Yes, cryptsy is not a good choice. It looks like they are going down. So many bugs and it looks like they only can code patchwork. I think they don't understand their own coded code.

You should check out chinese exchanges. btcchina.com and co. Especially when you want to trade, no fees are essential for profit.

btc-e? Isnt' that the exchange that practically has the highest fees around for trading? And the withdraw fees were hefty last time i wondered if i should check them out.
