The forum's community is very strict when it comes to scammers if you haven't noticed, so don't expect that you won't be scrutinised. How are you going to get my $15 if I were to lend it to you? Surely you can use fiat to pay for the renewal if it were urgent?

You need something valuable as a collateral for other people to loan the money. There are too many scamers in the forum.
