According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Do you still need BTC? How much fee will be charged via WU to transfer cash to an Indian bank?

By western union it will cost you a lot mate. Western union charges minimum of $5 fees for transfers. So if you want to buy $10 btc it will cost you $15 excluding other fees
You should try using local bitcoin. May you can find any seller locally

If still not found I am ready to help you to complete this exchange  Smiley
