Hi, I need an urgent 10$ bitcoin and I'll transfer through western union... state your fee only if you have positive trading reputation.

Do you still need BTC? How much fee will be charged via WU to transfer cash to an Indian bank?

By western union it will cost you a lot mate. Western union charges minimum of $5 fees for transfers. So if you want to buy $10 btc it will cost you $15 excluding other fees
You should try using local bitcoin. May you can find any seller locally

If still not found I am ready to help you to complete this exchange  Smiley
