Alot of guys were betting at 1.02 multiplier last contest so they minimized losses and when they hit they were automatically in profit. I dont mind anyone using that type of strategy long as we get a decent amount of bets in

You visit http://www.bubblesbit.com/ and deposit some btc, then you must wager at least 250 bits per bet(can wager more) and if you roll a 23.45 ill give you an extra .016 once you post the bet in here

dont you think the min bet is too high ?

250 bits i think is a bit high since the probability of hitting 23.45 is ~0.001% 

if it was 50 bits like your previous competition . i would have taken part

You need to roll number that given above. With at least 250 bits. Which mean 0.0025.
Go to the site and keep rolling until u find number. But the number left now is only 23.45

damn first time i bet with 1bit then hit 23.45 then i forgot to read the rules that you need 250bits of wager
i did a depo after that i hit 23.46 after an hour i was like losing hope then with my last 250 bit left then this happen
