Well you already know about the custom pick business.

About the mall. Back some time last year I had an idea to build a virtual 3d mall where all merchants were in one place, so instead of going to seperate sites, you'd walk into a shop and take care of your business there.

I think this is a great idea, but you should expand it beyond just linking to the manufacturer's website.  Linking there isn't a bad idea, but linking to photoshop.com doesn't do much to help a person learn anything.

It should be like

or

Photoshop [Product Page]

Good idea! Plume isn't very well documented, but it's based on, and should be familiar to, any user of scrivener. I don't know if scrivener tutorials would be of much use, though.

Sigil, on the other hand, has a very detailed user guide.
