Hi,

i dont understand my wallet no want be restored with my seed phrase !!!

its very annoying because i need of my btc and i cant out them of wallet because i lost my google authentificator account, so i can enter the 2fa code.

i dump my private keys for upload them in other wallet but this doesn't work

this wallet it very suks !, it take yur btc and it lock them in her system

Please some one from electrum or qualified can help me !?

Not sure that I follow what you are saying but it sounds like you have the wrong seed and that you restored the wrong wallet.

You say that you dumped the private keys so I assume you were able to restore a wallet but that it was not the right wallet as you still do not have access to the funds.

Only advice I can give is to make 100% sure that you have the correct seed words and that you enter them correctly. If that works you should be able to see your addresses as well as the funds on those addresses. If you do not see the funds it means that the funds are on another wallet and not the one for the seed that you have.
