Hiring CAD technician for small project

I'm looking for a CAD technician to help me on a small project.
Obviously I'm willing to pay competitive rates but nothing crazy.
Please let me see samples of previous work and your pricing.

The job itself is quite easy.
The hardest part will be finding the dimension size of certain screwdrivers and creating flat drawings of them.
