as the title says looking to sell 0.24 in BTC for walmart to walmart or MG transfer rate is preev we split the fee can send upfront if your highly trusted otherwise you send first or we use escrow

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.
