although i usually even use my bitcoin for trading in alt coins and some time in gambling but in present time i am welling to simply hold bitcoin for the price increase, as it is expecting that the price of bitcoin will raise to 1200USD, so we should wait for that.

You might buy some other coins with the bitcoin stash. Some altcoin such as ZCash or Etheruem might rise faster.

I think the price of bitcoin will not rise too much in 2017. The highest price could still be below $2000. So you can still buy.

Because the rate of bitcoins right now is nothing compared to what it would be in the future, I'm planning to make as much bitcoins as I can right now. Bitcoin is just starting and we're basically the pioneers of bitcoins. Depending on how my personal life would go, I'm going to sell some of my coins every now and then but I would definitely leave 1BTC or more for the future.
Once I found a good day job, I would most probably be too busy to do bitcoins. All I can do at those times is to hold bitcoins and then enjoy the money that I'll get from holding it in the far future.

I will just keep on earning some bitcoin ang just keep it in my wallet. I lack interest with joining investment sites because of the high possibility of being scammed. Either way holding and keeping bitcoin in my wallet is sure to have gain a good amount of money in return. Then I would sell some if the need arise and still continue to earn.

I'm trying to save as much Bitcoins I can and hold them until price rises. But I will not exchange them all, I will leave some for the future too. And I'm looking for good investment opportunities to grow it some more.

That is a good idea. It is better to just hold the coins. They will just rise gradually in the next few years.

I'm actually doing the same, but everytime i collect some bitcoins i need money and i again cash some of it out and then i start over again, and i'm also willing to start trading alt coins later on once i will have accumulated a good enough capital.

I'm planing to increase my bitcoin stash a bit the coming months. Somehow I don't have too much expanses at the moment, so every month there is a little money available I do not know what to do with. That goes into my btc stash. And I'm not planing to sell somewhen in the near future. Maybe it will be worth a fortune when I go in retirement.

Sounds like a smart plan. Doing that, you would definitely be able to grow your BTC stack in the long term. As for me, I take part of my stack and invest it into grams of Gold, as this asset has been proven to be a safe haven towards protecting your investments in the long term. I have a feeling that Gold price will increase even more in the future, thus increasing my chances of having more Bitcoin whenever I decide to sell it. Also, the rest of my stack goes into a paper wallet for future use when Bitcoin decides to hit $1000 and above. That being said, it is best to use your BTC stack once in a while, instead of holding all your coins which limits its ability to grow as days go by. Just my opinion.

I hope to accumulate enough bitcoin to supplement my retirement. I don't know what it will be worth by then, but I hope I can use it to live a comfortable life.

Are you really comfortable with this idea? I mean bitcoin is highly disruptive asset it showed out of nowhere and it might disappear like that too. Do we really know for sure that bitcoin will be used in the future in the time to support your retirement plan? I mean it won't hurt to have BTC but trusting solely in it is not wise IMO.

While I believe that Bitcoin will remain active for years to come, there could be a possibility of its price to decline massively if another exchange hack occurs, among other factors. In order to protect your investments, try to diversify it among different altcoins instead of a single cryptocurrency like Bitcoin. That way, you can always minimize your risk of loss in case Bitcoin fails sometime in the future. However, as days pass by Bitcoin becomes stronger in user acceptance and popularity. That is why, in my own opinion, if all goes well over the years (with no other event such as an exchange hack) then we could rest assured that the price will continue to rise from $1000 and beyond. Nevertheless, to be safe, you can always spend a very little amount from your earnings into Bitcoin each month and save them on a paper wallet for future reference. By doing this, you can grow your stash of BTC, knowing that someday in the future it would be worth more than what it is right now. Just sharing my thoughts.
