The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

I wouldn't recommend newbie account + someone who doesn't seem to have any trade history here, go for grthegreat or deadley , if you have a look around the Currency exchange board you might find more.

WHy do you need to buy them ?
Just go to the site ,sell btc and get usd and make a btc-e code yourself...
It's pretty easy
It looks like the OP wants to use the BTC-E codes to buy bitcoins from the site.

There are a few trusted sites that sells BTC-E codes.

Thanks. I would personally prefer to do it on site as it sounds more legit and secure. I hope to find more sites to exchange my bitcoins to USD and then try and write my own BTC-E codes. Thanks again..

I would really recommend buying them from the site itself, to avoid getting scammed.

btc-e always has lower rate for bitcoin than it is on other exchanges, so i'm guessing op wants USD btc-e codes, and it's not that easy to
deposit USD there, especially to those from US. He wouldn't be asking for codes if it's possible for him to deposit there.

For this kind of transactions it is better to buy it in official channels instead of looking for a little bit profit and then get scammed. There are enough examples where people got scammed.

In the end you save maybe 5-10%..
