Bitcoin and how it is in different countires

If bitcoin is proved to be useful and successful in other countries. The government which ban the bitcoin will legalize it and its people will benefit from it.

It will be quite opposite, if bitcoin will be successful, governments will see BTC as a threat to their own controlled currency.
And will try to ban, regulate or convince people that bitcoin is not trustworthy to invest in.

Well it can be the opposite or not, im not saying that they will try to win in some way with it, ofc that they will try to do that, thats his "style of life", but what will happen if bitcoin is big enough to don't let them do it and people choose to work with bitcoin instead of his own currency money?

Obviously this is a perfect scenario, but don't forget that is a possible scenario and the more that they wait to adopt it, bitcoin become more stronger.

I don't think every country will be able to ban Bitcoin, they can make it illegal, therefore they can charge you for criminal activities.

The reason why it's banned or made illegal in certain countries is because the government don't have any control over it.

yes ! it is true that bitcoins is banned in some countries due to illegal use of bitcoins . because using bitcoins many terrorist missuses the bitcoins for weapons contract that is bad.
but , i think in the future there will be some limitation on the bitcoin user. that will tends to increase the use of bitcoins.

i don't think this is the reason, cirminal use more the local fiat currency than bitcoin, i think it's because the governement don't know how to deal with bitcoin, so the simply way is to ban it for the moment, but they can always change their mind in the future

Yeah I think it is more to do with the local governments perhaps not understanding it fully and not being able to control it, it will happen at some point but for now let them do what they need to

Yes exactly this! They are just short-sighted and they don't see and understand big picture. All of these bans are also happening on the suggestions of few people that don't have a clue what the Bitcoin is, so called experts.

It's just a matter of time until they don't unban it in my opinion!

Well these are not big countries and i don't think that will impact the price.
But the popularity is being decreased year by year(by banning in these countries)
So this is not good for the community and @Snorek i don't think government will implement bitcoin.

Now I hear that Russia is going to ban it. But it too big of a county too ban so how could it be completely done? China tied to ban it when it was exposed to the public but now their government is trying to work with it.

In Russia there will be official bitcoin ban. That means you won't be able trade or own bitcoin and bitcoin related services or businesses won't be able to exist in Russia, officially.
In reality whoever wants to buy or trade bitcoin can do it. Bitcoin exchanges like BTC-e are prime example that you can sell BTC for Rubles freely.

We  have had this topic discussed in several sections of this forum and always the conclusion falls to the the point that the countries don't want to use bitcoins as their corrupt government is scared that they won't be allow to carry on their scams .There are lot of other factors contributing to this ,the one is government wants to keep the individuals in a nation away from technological advancements as they're scared it will make a difference in their opinions.These are the same countries which have banned Facebook as well.

I think it's also because the governments have no control over it. So they can't just lift the fees of transactions and such.

This is the known effect of underlying technology which has powers to overcome the current systems.Change is not appreciated by the democracies,but all the world need is the change.To grant those,our corrupt government will not give up his selfish powers which would result in the explosion of his black money.In simple words, government of the respective countries would not like to add changes to the systems which will reinvent the wheel.

When a country bans a currency then it does affect directly bitcoin in this case, because people will not use bitcoin like before because are warned and they should operate illegal.

The media would definitely be regulated for Bitcoin stuff and have to avoid reporting positive things about Bitcoin. Exchanges are likely to be banned to be operating legally in those countries and it would make it harder for users to purchase Bitcoins. Shops would also be unable to accept Bitcoin publicly, only online stores would be able to do it.

I think it's also because the governments have no control over it. So they can't just lift the fees of transactions and such.

this is true only if you do not exchange, as long as you exchange for fiat they automatically have contorl over your money, and thus they can tax you easily

Bitcoin is such a wonderful online tool of this Modern world. Personally, i hope that these bans will be abolished and that everyone can access bitcoin in whatever country they are without any legal offence occurring. What do you guys think? 

Any source or info that how will the ban take place and what all will be included in the ban? They can never ever ban bitcoin. You need to ban the whole of the internet to ban bitcoin, else monitoring the transactions of bitcoin from your country is impossible.
