I dont think so, hero member can get max 0.05/week both in normal rate and special rate. The difference is just normal rate will need 100 posts to get 0.05 while special rate need less posts.

previously it is 0.001 for special rate for hero rank. it is still in the spreadsheet that the last wave is calculated based on 0.001 (you can refer to the 3rd tab of the hero+senior calculation).

Last update of the spreadsheet was on 15th. In normal wave, it should be updated on 22nd (two days late now)
The more delay on the post count the more delay on the payment, it is not good for your reputation IMO.
