Yeah op will select new participant to there campaign but i see them not so active and hoping they can accept more participant to this campaign soon as spreadsheet says it has many vacant position for their campaign.

There is no particular of what time or each day after a day campaign manager is going to accept.
If you want to join just do what others do when enrolling and just wait for a couple of days I guess for the reply of manager.
