When is the price of bitcoin being used to calculate payouts in this campaign? At the time of payouts, or at the beginning of the week?

itll be calculated when i do the payments on the 7th. Really doesnt matter though itll be the same amount of money in usd value no matter the btc price.

I try to keep my btc tied to btc. It only matters to me because I want a good paying campaign that keeps it in btc. I mean if the value of btc tanks, I probably would come back just because @ almost 500 is a lot different than 0.001 at 200.

To all the haters of the campaign, this is just business. It was bound to happen. If btc hits $1,000 would you be willing to pay $1.00 a post out of pocket?

Yes, but for what exchange rate? There is a $70 gap between Huobi and btc-e for example

Noone needs any of the drama man. It was not my decision to change anything but with the current btc price it would be ridiculous to keep everyone in the campaign at the same rates as before. You got 8---$ to payout users? If so i will make the old rates happen for the next month. Otherwise the rates have changed, everyone will be paid the 7th. Youre free to leave the campaign now and you will be paid for what i already have on the spreadsheet.

No offens.. but due to the fact that it is Bitcoin forum not $ forum, it is very important question. If payment will be calculated in the payout moment - in fact, nobody will know for how much is working ..
It should be clear to let compare rates with other campaigns.
