bitcoins not showing up in btc e account

I bought bitcoins through bitinstant with zip zap to btc e and its been 3 hours+ and the bitcoins haven't showed up in my btc e account, is this normal?

I have never used Zip Zap, but when I transfer coins from Dwolla with BTC-E they show up fairly quickly.

You could try emailing their support team and see what happens?
