Dear Faucet Owners,

If you're using google adsense, do not use cloudflare. I have been using cloudflare for the past couple days, making around $3 a day on my faucet. I thought this was normal as I have been using cloudlfare for as long as I've been using google adsense. However I read on another forum that a lot of people were making less income from their ads while using cloudlfare. Without hesitation I removed the cloudflare nameservers from my domain, waited a few hours, then BAM! I checked my google adsense account, to my surprise I had already made half of what I would make in a day in two hours! I'm not to sure why this is, but I know that google adsense definitely utilizes your IP and masking it through a reverse proxy like cloudlfare is not a good idea.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

At the moment, I am doing everything in THIS THREAD . It's helped a little in the fight against bots, I plan to build on it and make it much more effective.

Thank you for this.

It makes sense for me.

Cloudflare caches your site and show it to the visitor. Every click in your site is transmited from the user to Cloudflare and from Cloudflare to your site.

So... Without a specific configuration your faucet will assume all the clicks from Cloudflare.

If the Cloudflare is from a low CPC payer country, you will receive less while you should receive a reward considering the visitor country.

In addition to, the Adsense system has a proxy server and VPN identifier and probabily won't pay for clicks from those ones. Clloudflare act like a proxy from a point of view...

Of course not.

For advertise networks which do not have the CPC campaigns feature It doesn't make sense...

I mean that every click has the same value then you should not worry about use Cloudflare with the non-CPC advertise networks.

However some of them could block clicks from VPNs and proxies to avoid bot clicks.

I think what makes your site not earning well is Cloudflare is blocking the adsense bots that reads your content they deliver to your visitors. All you have to do is add the Adsense bot IP addresses.

User Agent transmitted to the visited web server :
Mediapartners-Google
IP address range :
from 66.249.64.0 to 66.249.95.255 (googlebot.com)
(last visit in May 2008)
User Agent transmitted to the visited web server :
Mediapartners-Google/2.1
IP address range :
from 66.249.64.0 to 66.249.95.255 (googlebot.com)
(last visit in August 2007)
