I forget it ended with a .net

All you do is move the mouse cursor and eventually a new key is generated...

Please send me the link I forget the name and will donate to those whom help!

www.bitaddress.org, as Meuh6879 has stated, is the only site I'm aware of that uses mouse movements to create a private key.
You should use that site only, compare to some random .net site, since it is more tested and reliable.

Remember to use it in an offline manner, for better protection.

I support a decentralized & unregulatable ledger first, with safe scaling over time.

Uh, I don't think one can use a website in "an offline manner"...that kind of goes against the rules of websites. You must be ONLINE to access them!

Great site.

Yeah guy, here's a thread on how to do it offline: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1237857.0

I think what you mean is that obviously you need to be online to access the website for the first time...
