I don't use cds any more, usb and mobile phones are the new way, transfer the files to your phone and you can share them whenever you want. I used nero a lot in the past and i was very satisfied with it.

I am going to burn some wallets on to M-Disc DVD's.

I hope the wallets are created and burned on an air gapped machine.

In which case you should just use the burning software that comes with the OS.

M-Disc is specifically designed to avoid data rot.

I would imagine OP isn't all that interested in sharing his wallets.

Is Nero way better than windows for burning CD's?

I have used Nero in the past and it is a very useful burner beats Windows Burning by far simply because it allows me to use different types of CD's
I usually don't burn now since I use USB but if your going to save a backup dat on a CD windows would probably do the trick just fine.

I have used diferent software for burning cd/dvd. Now I am using Nero (Nero Start Smart). It is the best software for burning cd/dvd and it is very easy for use. Windows burner is not good for me. It is for using if you can not find full version of Nero Tongue

Windows is okay for some things. But Nero is way more powerful and far more customizable. Especially to make bootable discs and stuff. Nero any day. Unless you want something of a pen drive in DVD form.
