His is saying that because all transactions are recorded in the block chain, the currency is not really anonymous, and can't live up to its claim of being a "cryptocurrency". That' all.
...which of course misses the point completely, as the purpose (and indeed, the very
definition) of cryptocurrency is that transactions can be
cryptographically verified by anyone, eliminating the need to rely on trusted third parties to verify transactions. Anonymity or traceability has absolutely nothing to do with whether something is a cryptocurrency or not.
