Well, first of all I have experience. I know how to turn any site up from the bottom of the SEO ladder. I have methods of finding the newest & trending niches, so I can easily create nice websites.
The money is for a 1 year domain that comes with 1 year hosting.

How much money will I get back[/size]
You will get the first $50 I make from it. (I have already filed the tax documents and everything so no need to worry about that.)
NOTE: It shouldn't take more then 3-4 weeks at the start.

The niche is new and hasn't been saturated. With some effort I can make that in half the time.

With your skills, i dont get how comes you even need that loan. You could post what you can do and earn money by your self. As it is, it looks like scam.
