Could you ask what the problem is with the EUR fiat withdraws, why they are not completed but stuck at pending. (Or ask them to answer my question on the community page)
You shouldn't be too worried about. It's probably just a glitch. Just contact the support and they will unstuck your withdrawal. It happened to me many times with various exchanges.
And no, I don't think that Coinbase has any financial troubles.
