Do you mean, sell a whole account for BTC's?

Or buy bitcoin with your paypal funds.

I would be buying the account cause i need a paypal with some funds, but am unable to make one due to limitations.
so i would be sending the bitcoins

Yeah you should be able to, people sell anything these days.

Just put a post in the market place currency exchange (once youre out of the newbie section) saying [WTB] your funded paypal account for my BTC's

See if you get any responses, maybe youll get lucky

That 'new' account will probably be limited once you accessed it anyways..better if you resolve your current limitation!
