A 1st is usually not made into a permanent one right away though.
I said the same thing above ...
by the way a perma ban always comes after some previous temp.. ban's

The account "vegas_guy" would have been banned as well if the ban evasion was the reason. I still think its more likely that BadBear forgot to modify the message and just used the boilerplate.
His new account is not banned ,he is posting from it ?

Your hero account probably got banned because of ban evasion - it didn't get a permanent ban at first.
No, have a look at his very first post, It was perma from the beginning.

First thanks for your time. Ive looked at this post , and dont see anything that says "perma ban". What makes you think it is?

Vegas
No problem, If the Ban message has got no time interval then it is assumed to be a permanent ban.

Thats why I think his ban evasion has gone unnoticed until he made a thread here. Thus I would think the main account is currently only banned for 7-10 days. I would also assume that it will be made longer due to the evasion to 30 days.

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

it does not matters if his ban evasion was noticed or not ,He was perma banned from the beginning ,
or you mean badbear completely forgot about his ban ?

What I think will happen:

Posts offtopic -> 1st ban 7 days
Evades ban -> increases 1st ban to 30 days

What you think will happen:

Posts offtopic -> 1st ban 7 days
Evades ban -> perma ban.

Lets just wait and see what happens. Its not like we make the decision anyway, all we can do is guess.

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

Guys I know your time is valuable and you took your time for me, and it means alot. Im going to PM badbear once  a week and send a friendly reminder. Hopefully he doesnt think that is too aggressive.

Hopefully if any mods that are power to help me read this, they will see I am an asset to the community, and I just made a mistake.

I think it might help if I prove that Im a good person. I dont know. But Ill give it a shot.

This was just posted today from a senior member:

Quote
A great big "THANK YOU" to Vegas who sorted out my wallet problem.

After a week of fretting and stressing, trying every different QT version, and being generally depressed about the whole shebang, he sorted it in an evening!

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1154550.msg12897233#msg12897233

I did not charge him anything. Its just who I am.

Another example: This was BEFORE I was banned. I was hanging out on yobit chat and someone was really upset that they had lost .5 btc worth of "Steps" coins. His name was hashmaster. I had never met him before, but I told him I would give him near the equivalent in my coin FLY. I never saw him again. So I went looking for him and found his hero account Hashmaster1 and sent him a PM so I could keep MY promise.

Here is his post: (This was posted before the ban):

Quote
Last week I got hack and lost all my coins to a hacker and I lost allot ....  The one person that came to my help was Vegasguy and the big thing is they where not fly coin that I lost I still cant believe that this happen I have to say Vegasguy I want to thank you for helping me out big time I don't know to many people that would do that you are 1 in a million   Vegasguy gave me 75 Flycoins that is .40btc ...Now I'm am a proud owner of 75 Flycoin THANK YOU  VEGASGUY   ....  I AM PROUD TO B PART OF THIS COMUNITY ...

Here is the link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1154550.msg12812132#msg12812132

Theres probably 100 more posts like these, but I wont go on.

I highly suggest stop posting anywhere but meta.  You are posting helping in: Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Team FLY : v1.6 wallet released! The most trusted coin in crypto!

If you are perma banned or even if it happened to be temp going even with good intentions posting outside of meta is going to be evasion.  I would just post in meta and focus on getting account back before getting in deeper.

Mods finally got back and I have a 7 day ban. I cannot complain about that. That is very fair. I will discontinue posting and wait it out. Thank you to all that supported me.
