No Payout 3 weeks

I changed my address and consolidated all into one address. The 3 addresses I was using 2 have not paid out in 3 weeks and on another is just about 2 weeks and no pay out.

Any one know how I can report this so I can get the pay out???

How do you expect help with a problem if you cant even say what you have a problem with?
