It's good!

So if a user marks a post as good then it gets more than 50% good it becomes Comfirmed and the reader gets paid ?

Also can I ask is a Not Confirmed article actaully a rejected article I.e. Did it get less than 50% good rating and now the journalist has to resubmit it?

Also what happens if an even amount of people vote good and bad ? 50/50

I like the idea and the concept.

I love reading news articles to stay up to date with whats happening out there, especially so with bitcoin. There are however plenty of articles that were just pushed out for the sake of getting an article out. You often get an attention grabbing headline and then nothing about it in the content or just a poorly researched and written article.

By having users vote for articles it will ensure that only the 'good' articles make it to the top, so to speak, and also that those journalists are financially supported even if only with small contributions. This will encourage them to keep up their good work and will also encourage those whose articles did not 'make the grade' to put some more effort into their research and writing skills.

Take a look at Qora. The coin framework offers a decentralized blogging system which can be used to publish information which could not be censored.
