I live in the north Chicago suburbs.  Does anyone have some BTCs for sale?  I figure we could meet at a place with public wifi and exchange cash for BTCs at the going rate.

I sure will.  I also just registered bitcoinlocation.net to track personal exchanges like what I'm doing.  I'm sure there are people all over the world who'd be willing to act as an exchange.
