speak clear english. or at least try to explain it better than that.

if you can't, just create a topic on the local board of your native language.

Bitcoin Core keeps a backup of all the private key in wallet.dat so your bitcoins wouldn't be lost in any way. What is the address that you used to receive? I suspect that it isn't confirmed yet.

i changed my wallet bitcoin adress during Receive money

As others have mentioned, more detail is required so that they will be able to assist you. I'll however try and take a shot at this.

You say you changed your receiving address, this should not be a problem as long as you did not change your wallet. Each wallet have thousands of addresses on which to receive funds. If you gave out an address to receive funds then you will still receive said funds as long as you are still making use of the same wallet as anything sent to that address will still appear in your wallet.

Most wallets will change the receiving address you see each time you request a new receiving address. This is to prevent you from reusing the same address over and over which might become a security issue. The fact that it changed the receiving address however does not mean that the previous address(es) are gone and or no longer active. They are still there in your wallet and can still be used without any problem. Any funds sent to those 'older' addresses will still appear in your wallet.

If you changed wallets then its a different story as each wallet has its own unique set of addresses. If this is the case then just go back to the old wallet, your funds should still arrive there or already be in that wallet.

Hope this helps.

Contact ecoin support in that case, they're the ones who can help you.
P.S: Thread reported, should be moved to service discussion

So you are using e-coin.io, generated a wallet and has either refreshed the page of accidentally pressed the generate new address button and sent the Bitcoins to it?

That isn't a issue AFAIK. They require 6 confirmations for each deposit and has stated that they allowed reuse of address for deposit. I suspect that your deposit hasn't gained any confirmations yet. What address did you deposit it to?

Ps. For the sake of verifying their words, I have sent 1000bits into it and generated a new address. Will update if I get credited successfully.

Edit Yes! I did get my BTC from this transaction as soon as it hit 6 confirmations.

Sorry but unable to help with this, never worked with e-coin before so not to sure what their setup is like.

Best to contact their support as mentioned above. The funds sent to 'old' address should be on their system, maybe they can just reallocate or move it to your present address.

I supose that this isn't a problem, on other wallets you can change the wallet address and if anyone sends to the old, you receive it. Could be that you have to wait more time on confirmation if there is a small fee on the transaction.
