OkCoin lending - minimum interest rate at 0.05% now?

Hi,

it seems that OkCoin has raised the minimum lending interest rate to 0.05% per day. For that reason, no one lends my coins any more at this rate.

Is there a reason, why OkCoin did this? Is there any way to circumvent this and lend for a lower rate?

It is 0.1% now. Is okcoin lending the BTC themselves now and limiting the market?

I'm not happy with OkCoin lending. They have minimum interest rate 0.1%. Since 3 days no one borrows my coins. What's the problem here?
I want to provide a lower interest rate but it's not possible.
