Buy bitcoin with foreign currency brokers(like ozforex,torfx,etc)

I want to buy some bitcoins with foreign currency brokers like OzForex,CurrencyFair,TorFX,TransferWise,etc
I know when I want using foreign currency brokers the name of brokers will be appear on bitcoin bank statement and it's different with my bitcoin account name, Is there any bitcoin exchange that accept international deposit from foreign currency brokers? Is it possible to use btc-e.com or bitstamp?
