By the way adiyrie, i ever ask some loan too for 0.05 without collateral.
But when i rethinking about that, i also will not give that amount if i don't get collateral.

Sure now you say 'why not', but when someone ask you for 0.06BTC money just from PM, you will think twice to lend your money.
0.06BTC is around 22 USD.

I think max you can get 0.05 if you give your account as collateral.

In my case, i cannot get 0.02 loan without collateral here.
