I've been experiencing so much 502 Bad Gateway errors lately. Plus, the forum works really slow for me (when it works). Today usually I need to refresh a page 2-3 times in order for it to open, and when it does, takes ages to load completely. All other websites work fine for me. Anyone experiencing this lately? Update:There was a problem on the server causing this. I fixed it.

Same here, started about 2 to 3 hours ago. Almost every link I click on ends up on a 502 Gateway Error. Then takes about 3 to 5 refreshes to actually get onto the page. Also unable to post as it also just goes to a 502 Gateway error.
Took me 1 2 3 attempts to post this.

i always got it -_- yeah. I also got it all the time. this time it's just a little worse than most. those errors might be caused by server overload. ddos? hmm. theymos posted while I was typing. guess not. |

Just able to connect now to the forum after hours of 502 gateway and hope this time is fixed as earlier I was able to access sometimes only for short moments but again the error was back in...it seems related to the servers connecting the site

It's down since morning. I tried unlocking my thread and got the error and now it doesn't let me edit my post as well. Now just bumped my post and again got the same error.

Seems like things are back to normal now. Just tried a couple of forums and a post or two and site is again as responsive as before, no problems.

The 502 Bad Gateway error is an HTTP status code that means that one server received an invalid response from another server. So bitcointalk.org runs on multiple servers? If they would make one big server, it has less chance to get this error or doesnt it work this way? |

FWIW, I got about three or four 502 bad gateway errors when trying to use the forum just 20 minutes ago. I don't know anything about why that's happening, but wanted to add my report to the others in this thread.

You're definitely not the only one cuz its on the server side so all users were affected. Its kinda annoying getting that error and it took me 502 refreshes just to get rid of this error a while ago  I'm glad its quite fine now |
