BTC Price going back to $250???

I think it's mostly Hearn's comments and maybe the Cryptsy scam.  There's been a lot of negative sentiment and it's bordering on pessimism.  Still we're hanging on at near $400 so all is not gloomy.

Its not that because of Hearns statement. Its an usual happening that occurs due to large accumulation of bit coin over a certain people's hand. Recently the value bounced due to the sudden release of bitcoins that has been in accumulation for a long time.

Yes mate at any instance there won't be a great fall to the value of 250$. This will never happen as the price is in its increasing face without much of reduction in value. The rate won't cross the 350$ which can be considered to be the bottom border of down price.

There's no way we'll hit 250 with all the excitement over this latest pump.  Once we hit 350, which is the worst case scenario for most people on here, there will be a nice spike in price as people buy 'cheap coins'.  After the excitement dies down we'll probably hold steady for a while.  If we break 350 long-term though things will not be looking good, probably going to the sub-300 range in that case.

If I learned something from this subforum is that no one can predict accurately the bitcoin price. I never try to predict the price so accurately, of course if you say something like: bitcoin is going to 250-300 then yes I might believe you but giving an exact number is just stupid.

I don't think the price will go down to $350. Currently there is an upward and downward trend every few days but its not very huge.

It is quite difficult to say that the price will not go below $350. But if it does go below $350, it will be a brief period.

$250 is still far from now, I can only see price moving up and down above $365+ and up, well, if someone would do something to make the price fall, then it will happen, but I don't that they would let it.

Unlikely its closing in on Forking time we might see a retest but not below $340 in all likelihood.

Over the end of 2015 it was going good, without much reduction in price. By the starting the rate went little low than what it is. Now it has got falling gradually. Not expected to reach as low as 250$. 350$ can be a bottom price

If we look honestly at things as they are (without upwards or downwards bias) we have to admit that at the moment there are no strong arguments to move either up or down. All arguments that bears had thrown during last attempt of shoving the price down brought us hardly to $360. The support lines at $350 were not even tested (at significant volume). Same applies to the upward direction. All recent news are already priced-in. I expect another couple of months of horizontal trend between $350 and $415, until we get some more important developments, or the halving pump starts. For now we need to be patient, that is it.

$250 is still far from now, I can only see price moving up and down above $365+ and up, well, if someone would do something to make the price fall, then it will happen, but I don't that they would let it. 

at this point i think only bad news about a hacked exchange that lost tens of thousands of coins can make the price go down to around $250 or even lower. as long as this doesn't happen, we can expect the price to rise gradually.
