oh no, not possible to drop so low, 300$ is more relistic, but 250$, just won't happen, because bitcoin will rise anyways, even if it will somehow go to 250$ it will rise again
If it can drop to the $300 price level then it can also drop to $250 without much problems. Everything can happen with the Bitcoin price. Beside that, the thread was pointed at what the situation was back in November 2015. Current situation is completely different. Yeah but I don't think that it will fall that down it would go around $300 but falling back to $250 is not possible and I am not sure about that, as when it comes to bitcoin anything is possible. |

I agree with what everyone is saying. The price of gold is collapsing, but Bitcoin is not going to reach $5000 soon. That would take years to achieve.

Yeah it might take years to reach there, it won't be done overnight, so everyone who is expecting a major pump after halving, let me tell them it won't reach that high to $5k. |

no don't think that it will go to 250$ anytime soon, maybe after 5 years when bitcoin will die, till then i don't think that price will go so low, also halving will rise price, not drop it

If it can drop to the $300 price level then it can also drop to $250 without much problems. Everything can happen with the Bitcoin price. I also don't think it will fall that deep, but Bitcoin has proven us plenty of times that we can literally expect anything to happen with the price. If a whale or a group of whales want to create a massive amount of panic by dumping the price down, then they can do it without much problems. The panic sellers will step in as last and start selling like there is no tomorrow and causing the price to fall even deeper. And that's when the whales start to buy back in. |

If the price go towards $250 its a good time for several users, because most of the users get panic and sell all their bitcoins.
Using such situation large number of bitcoins can be bought by other users who have trust on the bitcoin.

But if it tanks that deep, then I wouldn't mind it as it allows me to buy up these $250 coins.  What can be seen as a bad thing by some people, will turn out to be a great chance for the others. |

People, this is an old thread. Dropping back to $250 is out of the question now. The $370 resistance has proven very strong and if anything there's another one at least as strong at $330. On the other hand, passing the $500 barrier is going to be a lot of fun, too. Not for tomorrow, imo.

Yeah there is a lot of buy pressure now. In my belief the new low is around 300 dollars. Which is very good, since last year the low was around 200 dollars. |

We all have seen the price going back to 360 and before to 330.
So we have settle around a safe border around 330 dollars.
IF the price would go back to 250 dollar it could potentially even go back to 200 dollar again.
I honestly don't see this happening.

The $300 is the mining cost of many home miners. home miners don't count anythign big farm are the backbone of the network, and they can mine even at 200 with the current diff this does not mean that the price will decrese to 200, the new floor is on 350 right now, and probably 400 soon, if not already |

Yeah, but I don't think it will fall that low in next couple of months, at least till halving is not possible, but maybe after halving we can expect that price might fall down. |

The bottom of the recent trading is around $400. So I think it will not go back to $250 in the short term. |
