Most of use use Paysafecard in order to buying cryptocoins because we believe PSC is anonymous.
Anyway I need to share with you a bad experience I have just had with them.

Several days ago I bought 4 voucher of 100€. The first 3 were valid, while the 4th was locked, without any reason. If I try to check the balance here: https://www.paysafecard.com/en-gb/check-balance/ I get an error message and I am invited to contact them by email, in order to solve the issue.

I sent them an email and they replied me to send a photo of my voucher, along with a scan of my ID. I thought PSC was anonymous so I absoulutely don't want to send them any of my personal documents!

I lost 100€ so I want you to know that if you wanna use PSC your vouchers could be locked without any explanation.

Moreover their customer service really sucks!

- The FAQ list is too short.
- There isn't a live chat.
- The only way to get in touch with them is by email, but they take at least 24 hours to reply.

So in conclusion, I WILL NEVER USE PSC AGAIN!

If you had bad experience with them, please share with the community, so that people know.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

This is a known issue. In several countries, Paysafecard was restricted because of money laundry problems, so that it could not be considered as anonymous anymore.

If you are willing or interested I would help you re-activate this PSC..
I have no problem sharing my personal info/documents with their company and if this is all it takes to make the card valid again I'm sure you and I could come to an agreement.

Instead of losing 100-bucks, we could try to solve the problem with my credentials and I take a cut. That way your problem is completely a loss and we can both walk away with some more money we didn't think we would have.

Paysafecard is not anonymous by any standard they are even more strict than paypal but they are available in more countries than paypal.
