You're Taking a Crap Wrong! This Is How You Poop Properly

You don't need a "poop-stool", just stand upon the toilet seat and squat.

stand upon the toilet seat ?

I thought everybody did that ?
Also you should face the other way around so you have somewhere to put your drink/snacks and any reading material etc

These are western toilets, try indian they are best.
