No but if you only want traffic from a specific set of countries i can do that This visitors will appear on google analytics? This visitors will show as referred by what websites or direct visit? Can you make visitors appear like they are searching some keywords?
They can either be direct or random referrer, the hits will show on google analytics |

Yes, you can either get traffic from a specific set of counties or worldwide, completely your choice, to get views from usa and uk will be a bit more expensive though |
