How much should to be my activity to upload avatar on my profile?

I have, Posts: 196, Activity: 56. and I am on Position: Jr. Member. When can I insert avatar on my profile?

Jan 14 you should see activity of 120. Only if you keep activity on the forum and post once every week.
14 activity points given in a two week period. Since you just got your 56 activity on the 5th.
So in essence from today:
Nov 19 you should see 70 activity
Dec  3  you should see 84 activity
Dec 17 you should see 98 activity
Dec 31 you should see 112 activity
Jan 14 you should see  120 activity
Give or take a day, since your register date is the 17th. Let's just say the 17th for good measure  

You are now a Full member.

Thanks for the correction Shorena.
I was going by my calender seeing his registration date being the 17th I just added 2 weeks on to that date in repeated succession.
