Last night we was having a very tiresome training. Our teacher decide to change the way and the level of the training. He promised us that he will gives more advance exercises and he did that!
Usually, our training begins wits some cardio exercises and stretching, then continue with the technical part or the techniques so it can finish with the body training. Body training is the hardest part of our classes, because it is very hard to follow the tempo of the teacher. So, last night he raise the tempo and add more advance exercises.
