Summary:The main idea behind this project is that I want to build this business for 2 reasons.
1) Giving a job opportunity to at least 8 people.
2) Build a store with reasonable prices of products that local people CAN buy.
Since the market target almost ALWAYS the tourists, I saw the local people cannot easily find products to use.
Description:Me and a friend of mine use our free time to develop business ideas and innovation. But the point is we want to help other people instead of build business and get rich. Well, now I see writing and describing my mind is not so easy with my low-quality English knowledge. So I will use kind of slang language instead of literal English. We have been thinking. Our point is always being useful/helpful to others. This project is the very first step of the stair. We thought on it, made calculations for weeks, tried to develop Plan B for every single risk, made multi dimensional researches about it, then finally we made the plan. This project includes a local store to local people. Products will be mainly clothing, but in addition we thinking to add accessories, electronics and some other products. The store will be at the very center of the town, almost impossible "not to see" the store while crossing the bridge in the town. Also will provide job opportunity to at least 8 people.

This quote means more than a movie quote in this town. Our economy is mainly based on tourism. This means, in winter 85% of population are become unemployee. With our store, people at least will "BE ABLE" to buy things.
I mentioned above that this is just the first step. To give an idea, I want to tell about other steps in future. There will be houses for college students at "cheap rent price". The average rent is around 250 USD, our idea is set the prices as 40-45 USD. Another step is building organic agriculture fields. Clean energy systems. Recycling...
Now you might be thinking: "All that ideas coming from just a lousy cheap store? Heh."
My answer is: "Yes. Definitely." ... I can't give the details but everything starts with that clothing store. Utopia? I don't think so.. Just look at the world's biggest businessmen. Every one of them started from stratch. From selling a bunch of nails to inventing 3D screens without glasses...
Potential Risks:1) In winter there is a flood risk. But we already took precaution for it.
2) The store could take the attention of local mob. But we are born and raise local.
3) The store can be robbed. But we have insurance companies too in this country.
4) What if customers don't come. Yes, this is the risk.

A: It will be started around one or one and half year.

A: At the moment, no. We don't thinking to make another CF request for another steps. Instead we thinking to "PAY BACK" the funds of "this" project, eventually.
