AFAIK you need 1000 loyaly points and not 1000 directbet coins. so try this, 1141DBX/your loyalty rank=loyaly points

you get that 1141 points because of the loyalty points multiplier for directbetcoins but in your problem you probably don't reach 1000 loyalty points yet
