hello Im sure every one have "plan" for future
and please share what do you do to manage your time? to get your dream ?

i have dream to have 100BTC at 5year, but it's very hard to realize it

Sounds like a GREAT goal!

But just like your title says, what's your plan? How do you get there? If you plan it out it'll be a lot easier to realize what's possible.

So, 100 BTC in 5 years. That's 20 BTC per year. That's 1.66 BTC per month. Is that something you can do - make/earn/save 1.66 BTC per month? When you break it into a smaller number it becomes more manageable. It may be relatively easy to earn 1.66 BTC per month, perhaps the challenge is saving that much per month and for 60 months in row (5 years).

5 years is a long time to stick to something like this. Maybe you should try to front load your savings so that you get closer to that goal earlier on and have less pressure at the back end.

i know i need hardwork everyday but i will do it (if im not tired  )

so better to saving cash ? usd ? or still bitcoin is better choice?

Bitcoin is easier bought than earned.  There aren't many jobs that pay in bitcoin. But all (or most) jobs pay in your local fiat. So if you can manage to save the equivalent of BTC1.66 of your fiat earned from your job each month you can buy the bitcoin.

And maybe you earn some bitcoin directly on the side from selling  things, odd jobs or signature campaign money. But earning money with whatever job you have and using that money to buy bitcoin is going to be your fastest route to having 100 BTC in 5 years.

I like this question, hope we can get new answer / idea from here.
My plan for BTC is to hold around 50-70BTC then i will reinvesting in paper currencies such as Yuan/EUR.

How i manage my time to achieve that dream?
Currently i try to develop my own business or find another idea to make new business.
I'm not good at coding or html, so i can't make online business.

If you sell stuff or goods, it's very nice idea to make website to promote your business. (Announce it in here if you accept BTC)

If you expect to accumulate 5 BTC or less per year, it might be easier if you invest in something more profitable than Bitcoin once you've reached 5 BTC. You can always invest your profits back into BTC.

Let's say I can earned 5BTC for less than a year. Some of it will go to my real life business plan like small eatery, computer shops, small coffee shops. 1BTC is enough for this here in my country.

In this case, you really believes that bitcoin price will surpass $1,200 again. (and i think it will)
Keep holding it until the peak price and sell..

But no body know when the peak price comes.. and surely it too many bulltrap here.

Let's say 2 people who buy BTC for $1,200 on Nov 2013,

The first people sell his BTC after some drop, he sell for $900
and the other keep hold it until now.

In term of trading, the first people got more profit. Because he can buy bitcoin back when the price at $350 instead of just hold like the second people.

My future is to near or it is arrived. In the meaning that I have an age when the future is to near. It is today. In this kind of meaning I have very few things to realize for my near future. To give to my daughters a big future, to give them the right meaning of life and how to afford their life. They are young and need support. I'm trying to give all my experience to them. This is my primary aim for my near and more away future.

But I have another one "unrealized dream" which have to do with me and with my bitcoins. In this way my future seem like yours. Me too have desire to have as many bitcoin as I will be able to accumulate. I don't know if I will be ably to "taste" those because of my age but I am sure that my daughters will have to much from those. But if you will have not hope to taste those why accumulate then - may ask you. First because no one can know what must happen with bitcoin and can be possible that me taste those. Second, because I am a big fan of bitcoin. It is a big invention according to me and having bitcoin make me part of this invention. So I have pleasure seeing those increasing little by little and hoping that one day its price will go very high. And that day I will be here where I am to taste those.

Reach out and get benefit again in BTC 
As long as BTC price still under $1,200,
is quite good to invest and hold because currently BTC price will back to $1,200 again and maybe more.

I suggest getting the book HOW TO GET CONTROL OF YOUR TIME AND YOUR LIFE by Alan Lakein. The appendix is especially useful, it has a list of ways you can save time. The most productive question you can ask yourself is "What is the best use of my time right now?"
