When win, "correct predictors" will get the pool prize. When lose, depositing money gone. Is like that?

Unfortunately the explanation is not clear enough what exactly has to be done.I know we have to start predicting results and we get rewards for it but does it start with some initial investment ? Is this like another gambling game?
