There is something about excessive trust spamming in the unofficial rules thread but I don't yet have a good feel for what the threshold for "spamming" is. Looks like a bit of a gray area.

Haven't heard of anyone being banned because of that(spamming ratings) but theymos seems fairly quick in deleting multiple similar or same butthurt ratings from a single user. But yeah I guess it also depends on your rank, as patrollers are fairly strict in enforcing the rules. And well, more than 40 ratings of mine to ponzi scams are either reiterations of one common rating or is the same , can't say I've been contacted by any mod about it

Don't think you'd get banned(but well if you get a warning from a patrollers, its definitely time to rethink it) for doing what "Spamhunter" is doing, but just to be on the safe side use neutral ratings, some references(archived links) of posts and not using the same comment for every rating.

Edit: From what I know(got to know from Lutpin), giving feedbacks(negs mostly) using the same comment and posting the feedbacks more than 3 times(on an individual's trust page) counts as spam and will most likely be deleted if you contact theymos about it, the number might be higher if the comment is reiterated

I've contacted theymos several times about removing feedback, and all those feedbacks are gone now (the first time they were removed by theymos, the other times I'm not sure).
In all cases, the user/account had given me 3+ feedbacks and was using bogus risked amounts ("25BTC", "1BTC", "9000BTC").
What shouldn't be a problem though (and should not count as "spam"), is using a pre written format for your feedback regarding a situation to X different accounts.
If we take suchmoon, his (given) feedbacks about newbies trading with paypal, I wouldn't consider as spam (or have a look at the feedbacks whywefight gives).
The feedback he's gotten from lifeforcepools or Momooooo however, those you could take a shot at being removed.

yupp, if i use a feedback more than 3 times, i put it in my feedback.txt so i dont have to write something all them time. also all my feebacks have a reference. i got snippets for most of my stuff

If I would be holding 7 btc then I would hold some of it and with rest I would have gambled and would surely try to multiply my bitcoins in the fastest way.

Why are you looking for accounts if you have defaulted loans? Wouldn't you rather be selling the accounts rather than buying more?

I understand your point and im selling the defaulted accounts ,but my interest are the potencial of the accounts, and those that i got from the loans arent with the requirements im searching.I lend to help others and get my fee ,since some of them just force the sale im forced to try to sell the account,but in the end i can choose to hold it for a while,improving it or to resell on the same moment.
