如两个素不相识的人在网上达成了一笔交易的意向，即A用Bitcoin购买B的某个物品或服务（包括虚拟物，如：书稿、曲谱、信息等），怎样才能克服相互信任的问题呢？

具体是：

1）如买家先付款，卖家不发货怎么办？

2）如卖家先发货，买家不给钱（Bitcoin）怎么办？

3）如上面两条都没问题，钱也付了，货也发了，但买家对质量不满意，要求退货怎么办？

4）可以通过网络传输的虚拟品，如何退货呢？

用escrow，类似于支付宝的货到付款。很多网站自身也带这个功能，比如silkroad, bitmit。网站不带的话，用第三方escrow网站。
