Sell or Hold - SR Back Online

SR is now going to be back online. In your opinion, will this result in a quick surge of buying BTC and thus an increase in value? I have some coins I was going to exchange but if you guys think that they'll go up due to this I may hold off a few days. I believe that there will be a good amount of coins bought in the coming days and I think holding onto them will be wise.

the money should go to support groups for addicts and more education on drugs in school

busting coke dealers will not affect demand, but reducing the user base would.
