PayPal, Payza and some BTC related services.
This 3 I use the most, but now I am more in to BTC. Creditcard is too expensive for me. Plus I don't like debt

Always use bitcoin if it is available. Otherwise Paypal is a good option as others have suggested.

It all depends on which country you are and if you have time .. From what I noticed was the cheapest - the free international transfers does ING - but it depends on the country

The payment system depends in which country you live... Paypal is the best option for every person who work for foreign company, because you don't have to pay tax to you country. But, unfortunately we can not enjoy in that benefits and you know why? Because, paypal's privacy and policy allows the countries to choose: to receive money/buy with them or to receive/buy and withdraw. My country Macedonia is on the list where you can only receive money/buy with them, so we can not enjoy in the full benefits of Paypal. That's why I have to use another payment method like Payoneer. :S
