You can. If the transactions have already appeared in the wallet and is unspent. If one of the transaction is spent, use coin control to use only inputs that are unspent. Then you could theoretically do it. Otherwise, you can generate a unsigned TX from a service like coinb.in, copy it and go to HELP>DEBUG WINDOW>CONSOLE then type in this
Code:
signrawtransaction (ENTIRE CODE HERE)
. Then use
Code:
sendrawtransaction (rawtxhere)

If not, the network would reject it and your TX wouldn't confirm.

Edit: This is for bitcoin core.

Thanks for advices, now i just have to found out what "TX" means Cheesy. I am using newest 0.11.1 version and synchronization by itself takes painfully much time, i also tried downloading blockchain via torrent but not sure why, it haven´t worked anyway. My internet speed is about 1Mb/s + unstable.

When i wrote "virtually it is already in the system" i meant the fact that practically those unspent bitcoins already exists in my wallet, just my internet connection is preventing me from seeing it.

But i found out that on blockchain.info website i can create a kind of online wallet, which means that you don´t need to sychronize like Bitcoin Core, because your wallet already exists on their server and not on your computer, which may be ideal solution for me.And sorry for my english mistakes, thanks for the patience.

A TX is short for a transaction.

You should probably use a SPV wallet. Those don't need to download the summer blockchain and they sync faster. I would not recommend that you use blockchain.info since they have a history of bugs and problems. If you want an online wallet, look for a different one. Bitcoin.org has aa list of recommended wallets so you should choose one from there.

A few of the more popular SPV wallets are MultiBit and Electrum.

You can learn more about these (and other) wallets in the Alternative Clients section of this forum:

You should probably follow the advice by DannyHamilton and knightdk above and switch wallets.

The way I understand you though you already had someone send you bitcoin to your current wallet (bitcoin core), but because it is not done downloading the data you can not see or use them. Correct?

If that is the case we might have to talk about how you can use the coins with a different wallet.

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

If you have already had bitcoins sent to an address from your Bitcoin Core wallet, then you'll first want to choose your new wallet and get an address from that wallet, Then you have a couple of choices. You can:

- Build a raw transaction (or have someone else do it for you), then use the "console" in the "debug window" under the "help" menu to sign the transaction.  The signed transaction can be broadcast by yourself (or anyone else) onto the bitcoin network to transfer the bitcoins to the address from the new wallet.

or

- Export the private key from the Bitcoin Core wallet and (if the new wallet allows it) import the private key to the new wallet.  If the new wallet does not have functionality to import private keys then you can create a temporary wallet that does allow import of private keys, and then use the temporary wallet to send the bitcoins to your chosen new wallet.

For option 1, you can manage it yourself if you think you've got the technical ability to populate the following templates and paste the results into the console of Bitcoin Core:
Code:
createrawtransaction [{"txid":txid,"vout":n},...] {address:amount,...}

Where txid is the hash of the transaction that sent the bitcoins to you, vout is the index of the output in that transaction that assigned the bitcoins to your control, address is the new address that you want the bitcoins sent to, and amount is the amount of bitcoins that you received in the transaction (minus any transaction fee you intend to pay to get your transaction confirmed).

Code:
signrawtransaction <transaction hex string> [{"txid":txid,"vout":n,"scriptPubKey":hex},...] [<privatekey1>,...] [sighash="ALL"]

or, if you're willing to share the address that the bitcoins were sent to, then we can help you build the transaction and you can send the bitcoins on to any other wallet you like.  Unfortunately, sharing the address with us will ruin some of your anonymity since we'll all know exactly how many bitcoins were sent to you and what address you forward them on to.

For option 2, you can enter the following command in the console:
Code:
dumpprivkey 1YourBitcoinAddress

Where 1YourBitcoinAddress is replaced with the bitcoin address that you had the bitcoins sent to.  The resulting private key will be a 51 or 52 character string that starts with 5, L, or K.

Do NOT share this private key with ANYONE that you don't completely trust.  If anyone gets their hands on the private key they will be able to take and spend all unspent bitcoins that are ever sent to that address (including the ones that you are trying to recover).

If you let us know which SPV wallet you've chosen, then we can give you instructions on how to import this private key into the wallet (if possible) or what your other options are.

Synchronizing refers to updating your account with the latest data. ( like synchronizing emails).
And if you won't have latest updated data... Certainly it won't be good and also as per officially there's no way to stop it. And also after transactions, you need to synchronize to update your balance.
If you are stuck with problem of slow Internet, then in my opinion getting a faster connection is a better and simple option.
