New to pool mining.

I was running in a pool and I had 75 shares. I went to my room and my son decided to play a game on my computer without asking. He exited the miner and it crashed the computer as normal. I came back to the computer three hours later and nothing is running. I started mining again and now I have 15 shares.

Did I loose the original 75 shares? Does the server count them because Guiminer doesn't see them anymore.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Which pool do you use? You should see that 75 shares (+15) on it stats page or miner statistic page.

Shares are generally per-round, so its likely that between the time you last saw them and now your pool found a block and moved on to it's next round. If that is the case you should probably see a unconfirmed balance listed, indicating that you received credit for your shares.

Well no, you should have that waiting for you in the pool for cashout, but I doubt you even can with one 90 shares. Sounds like you are chucking out around 7mhash. You will need to get something else if you are going to make anything.

I am running around 35M Hash per second. I think the problem is my GUIminer it's crashing the computer on pause or stop. I don't know how to uninstall it completely so I can reinstall.

You didn't lose your shares. GUI Miner displays the number of shares you found since you opened it. But the pools keeps track of all the shares it received from you (and at end of round updates your balance accordingly).
